Neler silinir?
- Hesabın (Google ile giriş bilgilerin, e-posta adresin, adın)
- Hesaba kayıtlı profilin ve partnerlerin doğum bilgileri
- Luna'nın yazdığı yorumlar
- Kredi bakiyen ve kredi hareketlerin. Kullanılmamış krediler de silinir, sonradan geri yüklenemez.

Neler kalır?
- E-posta adresinin geri çevrilemeyen bir özeti (hash). Sadece hediye kredinin ikinci kez verilmesini önlemek için tutulur, e-postan buradan geri elde edilemez.
- Hesapla bağı koparılmış kullanım ve maliyet sayıları (ör. "bir istek, 1.200 token").

Deleting your account

Inside the app (fastest)
- Open Ay Evi and tap ☰ Menu at the top right.
- Choose Hesap ve ayarlar (Account and settings).
- Tap Hesabımı sil (Delete my account), then confirm with Evet, hesabımı sil.
Your account and its data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
Email info@studioversehub.llc from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account (Google sign-in details, email address, name)
- Your profile and partners' birth details saved to the account
- Readings written by Luna
- Your credit balance and credit history. Unused credits are deleted too and cannot be restored.
Technical backups are cleared within 30 days.
What is kept
- A one-way hash of your email address, used only to stop the welcome credits being given twice. Your email cannot be recovered from it.
- Usage and cost counts no longer linked to your account (for example "one request, 1,200 tokens").
- Google Play purchase records stay with Google under Google's own policy.
Your Luna chat history is only ever on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the phone.
